"You can't hide from me forever." Johnny says, standing between her and the stairs.
"I'm not hiding from you. I just don't want to talk to you." Shufti replies, moving slowly forward, Jack strapped carefully to her front. "Now please, let me past."
Johnny steps in front of her.
"I am your husband. Why won't you do what is right?"
"Because I don't want to. It's over Johnny. I've moved on. I have a boyfriend."
For a moment, the man just stops and stares as she moves past him down the stairs.
